辞書の読み方・活用の仕方、辞書を通じて見えることばの世界について、記事や書籍を執筆しております。また、新聞・雑誌のインタビューなどもお受けしています。
YouTubeとイベント出演
執筆以外では、YouTube「辞書部屋チャンネル」にて自分と同じく辞書マニア兼校閲者の稲川智樹さんと辞書の楽しみ方や選び方を、ゆるく・やわらかく発信中。また、不定期開催のトークイベント「国語辞典ナイト」を飯間浩明さん、西村ひろゆきさん、稲川智樹さんとともにエンタメ色強め（かつ、学術の心も忘れないスタンス）でお届けしています。
このほか、勝手連の活動として辞書アプリ「辞書 by 物書堂」の普及につとめ、辞書マニアのMiwa TEA（武田三輪）さんと東京・池袋の「ゆる学徒カフェ」にてアプリ体験会を実施しています。
書籍などの校閲
日本語・英語の校正・校閲や、それにともなう事実確認（ファクトチェック）を行っております。辞書やことば関連の書籍、英語学習参考書などを中心に、幅広い分野に対応しています。

講演・講座
オープンなイベントに限らず、辞書づくりやことばの調べ方、辞書の楽しみ方をテーマにした講演をお引き受けしております。過去には、翻訳者・校閲者向けに、用途に適した辞書の選択や使用法をレクチャーし、ご好評をいただきました。
それ以外にも、一般向けの辞書・ことばに関するオンライン講座や、業界向けに調べ物と生成AIの現状をお伝えする講演にも登壇した経験がございます。
Writing on dictionaries and language
He writes articles and books on how to read and make use of dictionaries, and on the world of words that dictionaries reveal. He also gives interviews for newspapers and magazines.
YouTube and Live events
Beyond writing, he co-hosts the YouTube channel “Dictionary Room Channel” with fellow dictionary geek and proofreader Tomoki Inagawa, offering relaxed, accessible conversations for dictionary and word lovers. He is also part of the team behind the occasional live talk event about dictionaries “Kokugo Jiten Night”, presented with Hiroaki Iima, Hiroyuki Nishimura and Tomoki Inagawa, combining a strong sense of entertainment with a respect for scholarship.
He also volunteers as an informal evangelist for the app “Dictionaries by Monokakido”, running hands-on sessions at the Yuru-Gakuto Café in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, together with fellow dictionary geek Miwa TEA (Miwa Takeda).
Proofreading
He provides proofreading in both Japanese and English, including fact-checking. His work mainly covers dictionaries, books on language and English-learning materials, as well as a broad range of other subjects.
Talks
He also gives talks for closed groups on topics such as dictionary-making, how to effectively look up words and how to enjoy using dictionaries. Past audiences have included translators and proofreaders, for whom he has spoken about choosing and using dictionaries for different purposes.
He has also taught online courses on dictionaries and language for general audiences, and given industry-focused talks for the publishing sector on the current state of research practices with generative AI.
